Participation call: Submit your manuscript

This is an open call for participation for the dedicated Research Topic “NSAIDs Use, Safety, Efficiency and Risk-Benefit Ratio in Pediatrics” edited by Pr Martin Chalumeau and Pr Philippe Lepage for the journal Frontiers in Pediatrics. We plan to build a collection of manuscripts from international experts to highlight the importance of the debate on NSAID safety profile and risk-benefit balance in the pediatric population and provide a comprehensive view of this topic.

We would be happy to receive contributions on various topics within this theme by the deadline of 30th October 2018. Submissions can include original articles, reviews, study protocols, case reports, and opinion pieces and we would encourage to first submit a preliminary abstract prior to your full manuscript.

Frontiers in Pediatrics is a rapidly expanding journal of the successful Frontiers journal family and has received its first Impact Factor of 2.17. All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and, once accepted for publication, will be indexed in PubMed as well as Scopus and charged article publishing fees depending on the article type to ensure the project and resulting E-Book are open access.

Please find below a table summarizing the fees:

Category Article type Fees (USD $)
A Original Research Articles, Reviews 2241
B Mini-Reviews, Case Reports 1150
C Opinion, General Commentaries 450

Frontiers do provide solutions for those who are not able to meet these costs such as its waivers program and institutional agreements.
